Smart Property Services, Inc. (SPSI) is a family owned and operated property management company. As such, we have been involved with leasing and marketing residential rental properties since 1989. A California corporation, SPSI is licensed by the Bureau of Real Estate, a member of the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire (AAGIE), PMC certified with California Association of Realtors, and CCRM certified with the California Apartment Association.
We serve the Eastern portion of Los Angeles County as well as the greater Inland Empire, working with clients and vendors to achieve the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
SPSI services include full-time property management, as well as locating and maintaining residents for both vacation and long-term rental properties. SPSI is tailored to best-fit client needs.
We show properties from 8:30am – 3pm Monday – Friday and on Saturdays by appointment only.
SPSI is located at 408 W. Foothill Blvd. in Claremont (behind Sherwood Florist). Come visit Monday-Thursday, from 9AM-5PM and Fridays from 9AM-3PM; we are closed for lunch from 12-1PM, or after business hours via email or telephone.
